Claude Bookmarks scans your local Claude Code session history and

   lets you:

  • Bookmark important conversations with titles, descriptions, tags, and icons
  • Browse all sessions with search, filters, and date ranges
  • Filter conversations vs subagents vs hidden
  • Preview message history before resuming
  • View all subagent activity and transcripts
  • Copy resume commands with your preferred flags (model,  permissions)
  • Customize accent colors

  Your bookmarks are stored locally in ~/.claude-bookmarks/ 
  nothing leaves your machine.

  Requires Claude Code (https://claude.ai/download) to be installed.
